Late 1950's/early 60's Ivory brocade fitted vintage wedding gown.
Label; Frank Usher
We love this dress it's all about the cut, the tailoring.......
The fabric is a heavy brocade in a twisted yarn that gives a lovely rich texture in a floral pattern. The cut is quite austere and extremely elegant . The neck has a classic wide scoop, the waist is panelled and darted to create a very nipped in silhouette. The sleeves are long and very fitted with zip cuffs. The skirt has the classic ' Dior ' bow shaped .... and folds back to create a fuller back with a clever cross over bow / bustle detail.
If you want class and obvious vintage and this fits,.......look no further.
We would suggest ivory satin Manolos and a bouquet of classic Lily of the Valley. Oh, and don't forget the 6 carat princess cut solitaire!!!
