Delivery
Secret Siren aim to despatch your purchase within 7 working days of receiving your order.
You will receive an email on despatch of your order.
Within the UK
Postage is included in your purchase price, Royal Mail signed for delivery.
Postage and packaging. All orders are sent with Royal Mail Signed For delivery. You will receive an email on dispatch of your order. If you are not home at the time of delivery you will be left a calling card by Royal Mail for you to collect your parcel from your local post office depot. You must collect your parcel within 7 days, after this time Royal Mail will return your parcel to us. Once you receive your email notification of your order dispatch please be aware of this and look out for your calling card. You can also email info@secretsiren.com for your Royal Mail tracking number. Order parcels that are returned to us can be re-delivered but at your own cost, we will notify you by email regarding re-delivery of your order. It is the customer's responsibility to provide a full, correct and valid address if order parcels are returned to us because they have not been collected within Royal Mail's holding time policy or if an address is incomplete, incorrect or invalid the customer will be required to pay for the re-delivery.
International Items will be sent via air mail recorded delivery. All orders are sent with Royal Mail Signed For delivery. You will receive an email on dispatch of your order. If you are not home at the time of delivery you will be left a calling card by your local postal service for you to collect your parcel from your local post office.
You must collect your parcel within the set time outlined by your local postal service, after this time your postal service will return your parcel to us. Once you receive your email notification of your order dispatch please be aware of this and look out for your calling card. You can also email info@secretsiren.com for your order parcel tracking number.
Order parcels that are returned to us can be re-delivered but at your own cost, we will notify you by email regarding re-delivery of your order. It is the customer's responsibility to provide a full, correct and valid address if order parcels are returned to us because an address is incomplete, incorrect or invalid the customer will be required to pay for the re-delivery.International order parcels (orders shipped outside of UK) weigh in excess of 5kg you will be contacted regarding payment for any extra*
Please note that Secret Siren cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost once despatched and cannot refund the cost of postage once orders are despatched.
Please be aware of your countries regulations on duty / import tax etc to be paid on imported goods to you, as we will insure your purchased item for the amount paid, so you may be liable to pay this on collection.
Payment
The Secret Siren online store, with its secure server, accepts PayPal, all major debit and credit cards. Bank transfers can be arranged.
Clothing Returns
Secret Siren can offer a refund or exchange on items that are returned unworn and with tags still attached when returned to us with your unique Returns Reference Code. You must email info@secretsiren.com for a return code within 7 days of receipt of goods to qualify for a refund and your unwanted item/s MUST BE RETURNED AT CUSTOMERS OWN COST, within 30 days, of receipt of goods. Contact us for a return code within 7 days of receipt of goods, without this you cannot return your item to us for a refund. If you miss the 7 day period you may be offered an exchange or credit voucher for items returned late but you must email info@secretsiren.com before sending your return items.
If you wish to return an item for refund please be aware that;
1. ALL ORIGINAL TAGS MUST BE ATTACHED.
2. ALL ITEMS MUST BE UNWORN.
3. ALL ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED IN THE SAME CONDITION AS THEY WERE RECEIVED.
RETURNS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED IF:
1. ORIGINAL TAGS HAVE BEEN REMOVED.
2. TAGS HAVE BEEN ' RE-ATTACHED ' BY CUSTOMERS.
3. ITEMS APPEAR TO HAVE BEEN WORN OR HAVE ANY ODOURS
4. ITEMS ARE NOT IN A SALEABLE CONDITION.
DO NOT cut off tags before trying on items, as we can not accept items that have had tags cut off or re-attached by customers.
We also ask that you do not try on clothing if you are wearing perfume and that you store the item that you intend to return to us in a safe place away from cigarette smoke/cooking smells, as we can not accept items that are returned to us with an odour.
Please email info@secretsiren.com for a returns form and we will email you a printable version to include with your item.
Jewellery Returns
If you are not happy with your purchase the following condition apply;
If you are not satisfied with the description of the jewellery or the condition or any other reason for you to request a refund this can only be done in the form a of a ***CREDIT NOTE*** (this credit note will be to the value of the piece)
In our experience at Secret Siren, this is extremely rare as we are very careful to describe and photograph jewellery accurately.
Accessories Returns
We can only accept returns of ' Accessories' (bags, belts, shoes & hats) if notified within 7 days and the items must be in the condition that they were dispatched. All returns must be via 'SIGNED FOR' post and must be paid for by the customer.
