1970's Floral printed georgette vintage dress.
Label; Peterson Maid of London.
Huge stylised poppy print, purple background, jade green leaves, mustard stamens and scarlet red poppy leaves, with black linear outlines and details. The style has a shallow 'V' neck, full circular skirt and long sleeves with exaggerated handkerchief floaty hems. The dress has a scarlet red georgette sash tie belt.

Fabulous with 'sky high'  black patent courts...
Reminiscent of  "gypsies tramps and thieves......... the people of the villages and towns they'd call us.....".
