1950's Navy and white dotty print vintage dress.

Dark navy cotton with hundreds of little misshapen white dots, very eyecatching. The dress is sleeveless with a wide, white cotton boat neck collar. The fitted bodice has a dropped waist with piped seam and very full finely pleated skirt. There is a built in muslin petticoat that would have been starched for extra fullness.
