1950's Black ribbon-knit and net vintage dress.
The fabric of this dress is really special, a fine black taffetta ribbon, twisted and stitched in a chain design onto netting. The neckline and arms are bound with black velvet, the bodice and skirt underneath are black taffetta.The hem of the skirt has a deep, permanently pleated net frill, edged with black velvet ribbon. It has a black velvet tie belt and velvet ties at the back neck.

This vintage dress is elegant, 1950's glamour....Perfect dress for a wedding/formal occassion.
